Mike's team was extremely knowledge about refinishing our hardwood floors and staircase. They worked closely with us to understand the process and decide on the right stain color. Lea was AMAZING! She explained a few steps to me since I was worried about possible changes to our banister at the foot of the stairwell, as they were removing the 1960's era parquet flooring, but she assured me and showed me the original 1800's craftsmanship and detail would not be altered or changed.
