we call this “building poor”
I loved living at Heritage Halls after they were built, and now my brother is enjoying living there. This is the best place to live on-campus. The apartments are very nice and up to date. Tons of space and storage inside. I've always had good experiences with management and the wards there. The only weird part is that you can't get inside the building unless you are a resident with an ID card. So if you want to have visitors, you need to go all the way down to the front to let them in.
Such a good decision to choose this as on campus housing. Great wards, generally good roommates, nice apartments! Disclaimer you will rarely find parking nearby. It’s a time for celebration when you find an overnight spot in the row just in front of Heritage, and a happy relief when you find parking in the overflow lot by BYU laundry.
I don't live here but I have seen the inside and it is very nice. My friends and fiance live there and love it!
