It's a very nice place to live if you are a freshman at BYU, and it's well kept for the most part. However, before you consider moving here, I will just point out a few things that you will need to be aware of. The cleaning checks are pretty harsh in this building. My RA was chill, but recently, we had a cleaning check, and it was very harsh in my opinion. It was done by a different RA. It's a very nice place to live if you are a freshman at BYU, and it's very clean and well kept. Rooms are nice and cozy, and I've enjoyed living here. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars is because they need to improve the laundry situation. Since August, we've had a mix of 3-6 working machines, and at one point, we only had two working machines, and it's just a nightmare doing laundry while sharing that with over 300+ guys.
