Was paying a car payment with same card I always use, and am now told theres a $10 charge. Didn't get letter or email nothing about this. Not good business heritage and the lady at counter was very rude about it all!!!
I've been recommending Heritage Grove to my local friends for years but have been recommending that anyone tied up in Big Banks get out and support your local credit union. They are really friendly and their service is great!
Absolutely the best banking experience, but it's not a bank. Ha! Love everyone here I've delt with all the ladies at the counter, 3 ladies, and two gentleman in the account services. Never once has service been anything less that superb!
