I showed up early today for my son's dental appointment and went to the front desk to update our dental insurance information. To my surprise, I was told that updating the insurance would take too long and that I’d have to either pay out of pocket or cancel the appointment. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. Dr. Gallos and his entire staff are so kind, friendly, and professional. Even though the office is always busy, they are always on time and when it’s your turn, you truly feel like their top priority — I’ve never once felt rushed out the door.
I called in first thing 9:22am in the morning of my appt (Aug 28) to cancel my appt for 12:50pm because I was so sick with a fever and a bad cold the night before. Well apparently, leaving a voicemail at your earliest opportunity is not good enough, and I was billed $45 cancellation fee. It has to be 4 business hours so that they can reschedule another patient to take your place. Who in the world is going to know that they are going to be sick more than 10 hours in advance?!?! Dr. Gallows and hygienist Olivia were fantastic responding to an oral trauma that my daughter endured while we were visiting family from out of town. Dr. Gallows was quick to respond during off hours, got her in to be seen quickly, and treated her efficiently and kindly. He was great about telling us next steps and giving us the means to communicate with her dentist back home. Hygienist Olivia was beyond kind and compassionate. Dr. Gallos is not only highly skilled but also incredibly professional and pleasant, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The staff are professional and welcoming, and the office is always clean and well-kept. Highly recommended!
