They are extremely rude when you make complaints. There are cockroaches and mice roaming. They want to charge close to $1000 for a one-bedroom. I owned a two-bedroom and one of the rooms had no electricity. I've complained about this for almost a year and they have never fixed it. Even the head woman sent "emails" to get it done and it never happened. Avoid this scam.
The sites online need to be update because it says utilities are included online but, office managers say it's $40 a month. You can move in a better area and pay over $1,000 ($1025-$1040) for rent and have water utilities included. The three bedroom is $978 a month. The water is nearly a wifi fee. The bigger apartments were not available after we waited over a month and the bed rooms are so tiny, you can barely fit a queen bed in the room. No island in the kitchen.
