We are so grateful we found Heritage Green for our Mom. With her dementia and complete blindness, we needed a place that was caring and compassionate and a safe place for her to live- and we found that with Heritage Green. Her care team treated her with kindness, respect and accepted and enjoyedher unique personality.
Bad customer service and staff
My family member has been taken care of in a professional and compassionate manner. The Managment and staff of Heritage Green Memory Care are very caring and treat residents as if they are their family. They have lots of activities for the residents and try to involve each in them when possible. The staff will communicate with the family if any changes or issues occur. Nice facility.
