My family member has been taken care of in a professional and compassionate manner. The Managment and staff of Heritage Green Memory Care are very caring and treat residents as if they are their family. They have lots of activities for the residents and try to involve each in them when possible. The staff will communicate with the family if any changes or issues occur. Nice facility.
My father in law was here in the xlexceptional memory care! We were so thankful for the loving care and all the activities he had. It was never boring. Thank God for the care they provided. I highly recommend, everyone was so kind. Thank you to the admissions team who lovingly walked us through the process and made it qn easier decision to make.
Absolutely horrible place. Visited my friend there I have known for years, and the staff was extremely unfriendly, rude and did not welcome me as a visitor at all. My friend said that she was hit by another resident there and when I asked a staff member she acted like she did not care one bit. There are many many other things I could say about the place, since I have been there several times to visit.
