It’s been a good experience.Jesus was great at communicating consistently. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly and shared in my excitement when I chose an apartment.

Most of our requests moving in were not resolved, and most of our recent requests have been met with excuses. A/C hasn't worked for around 6 months to a year. Most units have been having the same issue. That being said, the maintenance lady is nice.
Worst management company. I have been asking for my deposit for over 3 months and now they come back and say we get nothing back and will need to pay $500 extra. The condition of the apartment was really bad when we moved in, the apartment had a weird odor and now they are charging us an odor treatment? In the agreement, they also said they will provide internet and it took them 5 months to get it setup. They recommended getting a month to month contract until they set it up!
