This is a minus -10 stars review. The staff is awful. They could care less about the property. There are a lot of elderly and disable people here. They almost never salt the walk ways or parking lot. They very seldom shovel the walk ways. No one here on the weekend to clean the snow. The Garbage room have no garbage cans in them for days, we have to put the garbage on the floor. The garbage in the laundry room hasn't been emptied in weeks. The maintenance man is never around and never helpful. The guy in the office could car... read more
