inquired regarding a one bedroom apartment. Followed up with the leasing office in hopes to schedule a tour, was told to refer to “pictures” online and tours were not available. Expressed how I am not comfortable signing a lease for an apartment I have never seen in person, leasing office did not offer any other option or compromise. Therefore the expectation is to sign a lease, based on pictures on their website and you are unable to see the apartment in person.
They treat people like shit people on the office mostly the old lady’s. Shame
We have been living at Heritage Gardens for 14 years now and we love it! Safe place for my daughters to play, and live, they love the pool on summer time, beautiful place to go for walks, it’s a quietly place and safe environment. Even though the apartments are next to each other, you don’t hear voices or noises. Maintenance request are taking care the same day or the next day no more then that and they’re great people! You won’t see trash outside, and they vacuum and clean the building every single week.
