I’ve been living at heritage gardens this time for 9 years and love it, great staff and if you ever need maintenance they are there the next day! Definitely 5 ⭐️ ‘s

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Heritage Garden Apartments, and I don’t even live there. I applied for an apartment and was denied, which is fine, that happens. However, during the application process I was explicitly told there was no application fee. Despite that, they later tried to charge me $95 without any clear explanation or prior notice.
