Ever since Tuesday the staff have been nothing but nice. They made this difficult time a little bit easier. I cannot thank them enough for helping us get through the loss of my granny. So professional! They went the extra mile when I asked to paint my granny's nails (they allowed it) but they explained how she would look, what she would be laying on, and everything, they wanted to make sure my heart could hold up before I walked in. My family and I chose Heritage recently and, without appointment, we were met by David Lane. David is a wonderful, respectful and caring person who made us happy we made the choice we did.
