Just left a service there. Overall very nice and respectful. However, for the sharing from guest segment, the officiant told guests to share from their seats, which means no sharing was captured on the recording of the service. This is a huge disservice to the family. I’m so disappointed I can’t go back and see those guests and hear their stories again.
