Review Donna was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and helpful during the loss of my dear father. Her kindness and professionalism have meant so much to our family during this difficult time. One thing that touched me deeply was that she was able to provide my mother’s fingerprints that were still on file from six years ago so I could create a memorial tattoo with both of my parents’ prints together. Although it has been so hard to deal with losing my husband the people at Heritage have been so kind and patient with me and my family. Emily and Caitlin were wonderful and so thoughtful and that is what is needed at this time of grief. I so much appreciate their kindness and will always remember them and my experience with Heritage.
