Amazing service. I called last minute and they still made it happen. From the owner to the delivery driver, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping. The delivery was quick, smooth, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers this well. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
I am not a big reviewer but I’ve been using Heritage Fuel for my propane and oil for years. They have never let me down on service and delivery, but yesterday did the impossible and I’m so grateful. My hot water heater went bye bye and taking a cold shower is no fun. Heritage was here yesterday at 8:00am, to evaluate the issue found a better water heater with their distributor and had it installed and working by 5:00 pm. Thanks Drew! We have used many companies and no one is up to their standards. The longtime owners and all of the office staff are very helpful and customer focused. In addition, all the delivery and maintenance people are wonderful for timely deliver of all forms of requisite fuel including oil and propane. In addition, all the delivery and maintenance staff are wonderful for timely deliver of all forms of requisite fuel including oil and propane. And, when delivering propane, if needed, they will check the amount gauges to ensure that all indicator needles are functioning properly to reflect the accurate amount of fuel within each tank.
