Worst foster agency imaginable. They offer zero support and do nothing they say they will. We've been with heritage for about 2 years and it's the worst agency I've ever known. They never show when they say, never call when they say they will, and just generally don't care. Out kids get a new therapist at least every couple weeks because they can't keep employees. It's terrible. These kids deserve so much better.

Heritage is quick to pass the blame on their failures to not listen to a foster parent when situations with a child in their care conducts acts of vandalism. The also don't listen to their foster parents when they inform their case managers about a child needing to be removed from a home until the situations escalate. It took over a month for our foster child to get removed from my home from when I first requested it with our case manager until things reached a tipping point when the cops got called to my house.
