You raise the rent twice a year after signing the original lease.the drug use can be smelled before you get into the property and the people you're renting to has no respect for thier neighbors .there's no no control over the amount of people partying in the parking lot. I don't have enough time to tell you everything that goes on out here. I've been here 6yr it was so nice when I moved here but I'll have to move with the rent increase it's not worth it.

NEVER MOVE HERE, THEY WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE AND WONT LET YOU MOVE BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE.. EVEN WHEN "SHE" WAS THERE.. IM GLAD SHE LEFT BECAUSE HER AND HER TEAM CLAIMS THEY TRIES TO CONTACT ME AND DIDNT !!!! and I say this so passionately because not only they threw away sentimental values but most importantly they threw away my MOTHERS URN THAT WAS PACKED AWAY WITH MY BELONGINGS.. never had peace since........

I’ve been here a little over a year. My lease ended and no one reached out to me to inform me it ended but instead raised my rent up over $600 dollars. I put a work order in for my kitchen floor which is sinking in, last year and it is yet to be fixed but sent out an email stating it was. I waiting months for it to be fixed while I was home and got the call for it to be looked at while I was working. I wasn’t comfortable with that so they went ahead and marked it complete. Floor still sinking in. The fees are outlandish here... read more
