They had my truck for 3 months for a simple fix. Had all parts and were not waiting on anything. Put other vehicles that just came in ahead of mine. No customer service at all. Not even a phone call.! 10/10 would not recommend going here!
Users beware!!! OVER 20 year customer! Quick lane oil change doesn’t check things they say they do. Even simple oil change is tough for them to do correctly. Cardinal rule changing oil filter, check for old filter gasket. They installed filter with old gasket so a total of two were under new filter lasting an impressive 60 miles before it next to fell off in my garage leaking oil everywhere. Francisco was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. There was never any pressure to buy, and the mood and feel of the experience was very relaxed. I was able to find the car that suited me and they are very flexible with payment.

Process was easy, the salesman communicated well and made sure I got what I was looking for. The finance manager was very informative, made the process quick and got me the best interest rate possible.
