My grandson and I went to Heritage Ford to look at a used Ford Escape we found on their website. My grandson called ahead and had a great conversation with Alex regarding the vehicle. We We drove 80 miles to check out the car. Upon arrival we were met by Devin. He had the car already parked by the dealership door ready for us to test drive.
