Contacted them about flowers for a family members funeral. They were kind ,helpful and made beautiful one of a kind arrangements for us. One hour before the service one of the designers came to the funeral home to change one of the arrangements because I made a mistake while ordering.. They created beautiful mementos that we gave to grandma's children and grandchildren . The staff was wonderful

I live in NC. I called Heritage and told them what I wanted for a funeral. They did not have them in the shop, but were able to find exactly what I wanted for delivery the next day. They even sent me a picture of the plant with the pink and lavender roses. They were beautiful. Thank you so much. V. Denning

They were amazing from the start. We went to other florists and they couldn't talk to us cause they had other things to do. Heritage took the time to sit down with us and talk to us about what we wanted. They have plenty of knowledgeable employees, all of which helped us with our decision. We gave them a budget and she worked with us, telling us what would be the best flowers to give us the best bang for our buck.
