found a frozen fly in my ice cream, manager didn't seem to care but offered me more ice cream
Worst customer service everrrrrr , no order at all and the employees don’t know how to treat the customer this college kids need how to learn to treat customers other wise don’t work on this kind on field ✌🏼

We're sorry you had that experience. We put Hot Fudge on Mini Splits. This melts the ice cream and if you got it in a container to go home it will melt even more - until you finally open it.

Live near by, always see the sign advertising Lobster 🦞 Rolls. Finally tried one last night. I’m not a big “reviewer” at all. I felt I had to absolutely share this though. The absolute Worst lobster roll I’ve ever had. I’m a petite female, don’t eat much. This thing was so disappointing. 🤦🏼♀️ For $25 I cant even believe how very Little lobster they put on the roll. Thank you Heritage Farm Ice Cream for the amazing Cabin Fever Party! My children were beyond excited about the Door Dash delivery of 3 gallons of ice cream with every topping imaginable.
Always an exceptional product and delivered through excellent service. I’ve been coming since I was a little girl, and even during this chaotic time in our world, it’s wonderful to have my lifelong “comfort food” available to me especially after a long day working in health care.
