I called to see how long it would take to get meds filled they said an hour. Went back an hour and a half later just for them to tell me another hour after waiting in line for 30 min. Looks like im switching pharmacies. Edit go to pick up the last of my meds before switching pharmacies just to be told the order just printed even though I got a text on the 2nd of July that its ready for pick up. After 35 years of using HYVEE on Agency. y wife and I couldn't handle the terrible service they became over the past couple of years! HYVEE was unreliable and terrible with all aspects of customer care and service so I call these folks and talked with the young lady on the phone and hung up feeling so good about changing. Kendra told us they would take good care of us! Heritage Family is a breath of fresh air. God bless these wonderful people. I feel so sorry for the people still dealing with the awful service at HYVEE...

I called this morning to transfer my prescriptions from Hy-Vee on Agency St. and was pleasantly surprised to have an actual human answer the phone. He was not only helpful but made the process quick and easy. Thank you!
