I've been coming here for a few years now. I have always been treated well my reception staff, always friendly and accommodating. My dr is professional and thorough and always listens to my concerns. I am very grateful for the care I receive here!
We had an excellent experience at this clinic. The staff is friendly and the service is very good.
The receptionists do a very poor job in organizing appointments. I absolutely adore Dr Zapasnik, but the receptionists at this office are not up to standards. Every time I come, there seems to be a problem with the staff and receptionists.
In general this is a very high level professional clinic. Doctor Zapasnik is one of the best family doctors in Calgary. Always ready to listen to you, always with kind of professional smile on his face and always taking care of your problems and advising solution. Other doctors and clinic staff is of the similar quality. I will strongly recommend this clinic. BTW, Melissa is the another excellent employee of this fabulous place!!!!!!
