The receptionists do a very poor job in organizing appointments. I absolutely adore Dr Zapasnik, but the receptionists at this office are not up to standards. Every time I come, there seems to be a problem with the staff and receptionists.
In general this is a very high level professional clinic. Doctor Zapasnik is one of the best family doctors in Calgary. Always ready to listen to you, always with kind of professional smile on his face and always taking care of your problems and advising solution. Other doctors and clinic staff is of the similar quality. I will strongly recommend this clinic. BTW, Melissa is the another excellent employee of this fabulous place!!!!!!

Dr. Zapasnik has been my family doctor for over 21 years. He is very caring, experienced, and knowledgeable. He always listens to me carefully, answers all my questions, and make me feel at ease throughout my visit. The staff, Melissa and Ashly, are also so caring and always ready to help.
