Dr. Donovan is an excellent Podiatrist and friendly staff
I am going through major foot issues and my podiatrist retired and I was sent here. Highly recommend this place. Dr Donovan and his staff are very caring and really helped me.
For my purpose I did not find Dr Donovan very thorough and expensive for the work he did.
I booked an appointment back in February, and it is now April, and they sent a few e-mails and texts confirming the appointment. Then they call me the day of the procedure and ask what I need done?? After I filled out an application and confirmed the appointment 3 times?? Then they said they sent an email on Feb 27th (with no follow up) asking for more info. I missed one of the few emails, and there was no follow up, no phone call, no actual e-mail to my Gmail asking me if I received that message, just the one message link i... read more
