I am going through major foot issues and my podiatrist retired and I was sent here. Highly recommend this place. Dr Donovan and his staff are very caring and really helped me.
For my purpose I did not find Dr Donovan very thorough and expensive for the work he did.
I booked an appointment back in February, and it is now April, and they sent a few e-mails and texts confirming the appointment. Then they call me the day of the procedure and ask what I need done?? After I filled out an application and confirmed the appointment 3 times?? Then they said they sent an email on Feb 27th (with no follow up) asking for more info. Friendly, prompt care!
Dr. Donovan is the only doctor I trust with my foot care. He is gentle, kind, quick, knowledgeable and I always know I am in good hands with him. The receptionist at the front is always so welcoming, fast, and proficient at her job. She calls you by name, and makes you feel right at home.
