The worst ever
I was supposed to get my glasses but instead I come when they are open to a locked door and closed sign reading “Be back at 3”… it’s 3:54. If they are gonna be gone for this long they need to update or just put plain closed no return time.
I have been a patient get eye exams here for a while wish the selection for eye wear was a bit better but the customer service is very welcoming
Always close ac is broken I’m not sweating as much as outside my sister has 20/20 vision and they said she needs glasses and next time they checked she was good like what
They are never in office, so they’re office hours need to be updated. I’ve called about 10 times today and not one call has been answered. I called last week about 20 times and from the 5 calls they answered I was told I would get a call back. A week later and I’m still struggling. Customer service is definitely not a priority.
