Poor customer care. We arrived on time for our appointment as a new patient. They took our DL and Ins cards, and had us sign privacy forms. They told us that “someone was ahead of us” and we would need to wait. Then why did we make an appointment, if they put someone in ahead of us? There are no waiting room chairs, and it’s COVID, so that’s uncomfortable. We had to ask if we could sit down somewhere, and they indicated the swivel chair of the fitter, and a hardback chair. We had a wonderful time today for the community back to school event! The staff was so friendly and super helpful. The eye exam was quick and easy and Dr. Megan puts kids at ease. She also clearly explains to parents anything they need to know! Crystal did an awesome job with the right-eye reading assessment. Had never heard about that before but was really impressed at what all the computer could track & evaluate in a childs reading. Definitely recommend that!! Thank you all for everything!!
