My family and I lived at Heritage Estates for 5 years. The apartment was spacious and clean. The complex was well cared for and very quiet, we never had any issues with noise or anything like that. The manager Sammantha was friendly,attentive,and took care of any maintenance issues in a timely manner. I just want to say how pleased I am with how amazing, professional, and communicative Ms. Sammantha was with us about my mom’s move as she needed housing quickly. She responds quickly, even on the weekends and evenings to ensure my mom had an apartment ready for her. I am so impressed by how well maintained the apartments are and just overall the quietness of the community. Great place to live. The management is amazing the property is nice and the apartments are very nice inside. Sam is a lovely person to interact with. The maintenance requests get taken care of pretty quick. As long as you’re following the rules and treat them with respect they’re all good people. They helped me a lot when I had serious medical issues and never made me feel pressured. The neighbors were also nice. Would recommend to others living in the Marshfield area 10/10 in my opinion.
Sam has been a wonderful property manager, she even hand delivered some mail that accidently got mailed to the wrong area after I messaged. The maintenance team also was very prompt on fixing an issue.
