Our experience at Heritage Estates was not great. The apartment had poor ventilation and the unit consistently smelled of cigarette smoke and management did nothing to correct the problem. Too many bugs in the apartment as well. Lastly, we were scammed on our security deposit and rent money that was owed back to us. We were asked to move out early to accommodate their new renters (have our apartment cleaned, turn in our keys, and allow their maintenance team into our unit early) but then we were denied the rent money we wer... read more
