I lived in there for 7 years and as they required 2 months vacate notice I gave them 80 days vacate notice and voluntarily left my apartment 10 days early because they wanted to make remodeling to the apartment replacing carpet, tiles and plumming so I offered them to leave early and they appreciated that. I didn’t even live here but my initial interaction told me everything I need to know. They keep apartments on the website listed that have approved applicants in the process of signing a lease so they can collect application money. They don’t ever answer the phone and Becky is rude in email reading the reviews I believe them all and I’m glad I dodged a bullet.
Fantastic place to live and incredibly kind management. Never heard my neighbors and always felt safe with my kids.
