I'm going to try to make this as short as possible. I was having trouble with my truck. Was shaking and vibrating at any speed. I couldn't find any issues with it myself after a quick inspection (jacking up front end, wiggling tires trying to find any play). We are also sorry for the miscommunication for the bad transfer case output seal that was quoted on the estimate that must have been confused for the pinion seal. However, the responsibility we have as a registered service facility with certified, top-notch mechanics goes beyond just placing a bandage on a wound as the ear of the driveshaft was oblong.
