Dave Murray is a pro and provides superlative customer service. I bought a Vantage Controls system from Dave in 2000. The system has been very reliable, but when I called Vantage today for telephone support, they wouldn't give me the time of day. Lucky for Vantage, Dave Murray is serving the end customer. Dave explained that my problem was due to a bug in the Vantage electronics and told me how to circumvent the bug. If Dave recommended a solution other than Vantage in the future, I'd dump Vantage in a heartbeat.
