Twice now they have given me appointments on days they stay closed. They even sent me reminders a day before about the appointment. Why won't they inform that the appointment is considered cancelled and office is closed? But hey please update your software which is sending the reminders! Or let the receptionist know the days office is closed, so she doesn't book the appointments on those days.
