Wonderful dentist! Gentle and calm staff. My daughter likes going here. Dr. Diana Germaine is so skilled and so gentle with her! My daughter also had her Invisalign done by Dr. Germaine. Her Invisalign went very well!
I had a root canal on a lower front tooth today. Dr. Bailey was absolutely fantastic! His assistant Janet was also great! Once the freezing took I didn’t feel a thing and actually could have fallen asleep. My tooth has been saved and I didn’t feel a thing! He is a magician! I highly recommend Heritage Dental, Dr. Bailey and Dr. Diana (whom I see for my Invisalign braces). What a great team!
From the first phone call with Sam at the front desk along with Jessica who set up many appointments for Bruce everything went so easy and professional. Dr Joe Germain uses his excellent skills and his cutting-edge technology to provide the latest in dental techniques. His staff are fantastic, you feel welcome, each and every time you have an appointment. They are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to understanding and submitting benefits. I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years. Dr. Ethan, Dental Assistant Chelsea are by far the best pair I’ve had. The whole team is friendly and accommodating. I highly suggest Heritage Dental as they are knowledgeable and helpful every time I’ve come in.
