Nice but over priced for size of home and small lot

Visited the neighborhood where my son and wife contracted for their first home. It's a popular neighborhood, less than 5 minutes from I-75. Small families, no basements. The home is fronting a hill, and I'm concerned there is no run-off drainage to the street, and neighbor down slope next door will get flooded.
