Worst Apt Ever Would not recommend this apartment complex to my enemies. They are constantly finding reasons to inspect your apartment, maintenance is a joke (they tell you they fix things when they do a temporary fix), they have a horrible spider problem but will not address it after numerous complaints, they do not have a secure way to make payments other than a drop box, there is limited parking, and unannounced maintenance visits for non-emergency reasons entering your locked home without warning or invitation. Very nice I was an old tenet back in 2005 and recently moved back to Commerce. I was amazed to see how much Heritage Crossing has changed. The property looks nice, apartments look great, and it seemed very clean and quiet. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Like old posts on here, I had a bad experience years ago but it looks like a MUCH better property now. I would highly recommend for the price and location.

crazy management Heritage crossing place is not somewhere to consider moving if you desire an experience of living problem free. People are always smoking weed and the management is very rude and bias.

Heritage Crossing Is NOT GOOD!!! The "managers" don't care how they do their job, IF they do it. The "maintenance" men DO NOT know how to do their job. They are very poor at cleaning a pool. They drain it half way 'clean' it then fill it up way to far and bugs stay in the pool instead of being cleaned out by the drains. If you make a complaint it doesn't get dealt with. You basically have to take matters into your own hands. People let their dogs pee and poop near the playground. Not very many people pick up after them. Not ... read more

Would not recommend These apartments may loook nice from the outside but there are many unresolved problems on the inside. Please ask a current resident before signing a lease. If you are looking for an apartment where the management is friendly and willing to fix problems quickly then you may want to look somewhere else.

Heritage Crossing is not safe for children BY SB. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone with children. There are police and drug dogs there all the time and arrest made.This is not a safe environment for children.

TALK TO A CURRENT TENANT 1ST By far the worst living experience ever. If you are descent you do not, i repeat do not want to live here! We moved here because it was so affordable and offered amenities. Well its cheap for a reason! The amenities you won't want to use unless you want to see obesse women in bikinis and you want your children to hear cussing and fighting.
