Thin walls and poor construction. Maintenance requests, including a basic broken (flush) toilet can take two weeks. W/apartments 20+ years old, cosmetic changes can only help so much. Email communications and billing have improved. Grounds upgrades have included a 3.5+ month (so far) pool area improvements but the pool is barely kept clean and now, in mid-July, they're jack hammering concrete with great disruption to residents and pool-goers on the hottest & best days of the summer. Had thee most awful customer service experience with Molly Codd!! We really felt like these apartments were great, until her over the top nasty attitude ruined it all. I needed her to further explain a document with us and there began her attitude. Telling us she "already went over this with you" and its getting old. Then she tossed papers on the desk. We told her she was being very rude, which she responded by telling us to leave. We have rights to ask questions. Apparently, Ms.Codd doesn't like to answer questions. WHAT TH... read more

Do NOT live here! – Heritage Creek is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I have lived here for 2 year and personally have encountered and witness how poorly this complex is ran. I am completely unsatisfied with the way the front office runs this apartment complex. The women running the office are rude and unprofessional by belittling residents behind their back as well as to their face. Peaceful location for families and singles – I lived in a lovely 3 bedroom, ground floor, for 15 months in 2007-08. It was the very bldg where a stalker boyfriend did in a college girl -- so sad, but not at all an indictment on the neighborhood. A couple of maintenance issues were promptly handled.
