Our experience at Heritage Cove Apartments was okay. Despite being marketed as “luxury”apartments, the quality and maintenance did not reflect that standard. From the first month of living there, we experienced ongoing issues with the air conditioning that required frequent maintenance visits. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but Heritage Cove Apartments has earned it. My AC has been an issue since February. Not days. Not weeks. Months. And what I’ve gotten in return is a rotating cycle of temporary fixes, empty promises, and missed deadlines. On 4/20, I was told a new AC unit would be ordered and installed by 4/24. That didn’t happen. On 4/27, I was told it would be installed on 4/29 between 10am–12pm. That didn’t happen either.
