If I could put 0 or negative stars I would. The people working in the office are rude and have NO idea what’s going on. They tried to charge me another month of rent AFTER i moved out. So after being told I had NO other charges after moving out, they still sent a bill straight to collections for a “cleaning fee”, even though the apartment was cleaned. Don’t do it!! Look elsewhere to live if you value your family’s health! Black mold is a problem here! We complained several times about the ventilation in the unit and they never did anything to actually address it. Poor ventilation breeds mold. The apartment was constantly humid 70+% humidity and they don’t care. We’d buy fruit and it would mold up in a day. Smells coming from the AC vents that they didn’t address. EDIT: This community used to be great when we first moved here two years ago. It has gone downhill, it is really heartbreaking. Pools are not well maintained, full of debris, Spa continuously has chemical issues and is green, the community killed off their squirrel population when they put rat traps around the property, the pool deck infrastructure is literally falling apart, landscaping.... or should I say lack thereof?? There used to be grass all around the neighborhood, now is just random piles of dirt and sand scattered ... read more
