I went in to take a tour. I explained to the manager, Brenda Collado that I was just looking. I explained that my credit was poor, but I was interested in a 2/1. **PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE SUMMER, WELL AT ANY TIME** I moved into this complex in June 2024 and have had no luck with the air conditioning here. While the assistant property manager, Brenda is a sweetheart, she and the property manager (don't know her name) not care about your comfort. I have had nothing but issues with my AC unit since I moved in. They continue to put bandaids on the issues instead of having an HVAC technician service the unit. Any question I had was answered, I never felt ignored. I was told “read the lease, don’t sign until you tour the actual apartment then make a decision” that meant so much to me. If you read the lease everything is spelled out. The Apartment itself is beautiful. Definitely worth checking out for yourself.
If I could put 0 or negative stars I would. The people working in the office are rude and have NO idea what’s going on. They tried to charge me another month of rent AFTER i moved out. So after being told I had NO other charges after moving out, they still sent a bill straight to collections for a “cleaning fee”, even though the apartment was cleaned. Never emailed me, called me, or billed me for these “fees” I was told I wouldn’t have (which should be included in the security fee I did not receive back). Just straight to co... read more
