I’ve been living at Heritage Cove for a while now, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. While the community has potential, the curb appeal is seriously lacking. The trees desperately need trimming, yet despite having maintenance staff, it appears that they haven’t made any real effort to address this issue. You'd expect that with the rent we pay, they would hire professionals for such tasks. DO NOT MOVE INTO BUILDING 13 OR 16!!!!!! FALSE FIRE ALARMS AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT!!!! IVE LIVED HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND THE FIRE ALARMS GO OFF EVERY 2-3 MONTHS FOR NO REASON!!! EVEN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WONT RESPOND BECAUSE WE ARE IN THEIR WORD “THE BOY WHO CRIED WOLF”!!!!!! NEIGHBORS HAVE SAID THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR THE FOUR YEARS THEY LIVED HERE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!
