Always a pleasure to see our dedicated maintenance team. Fixed my problem with 24 hrs of work order
They show an updated model during the tour and then give you a non-updated unit. They spray painted over top of drains in the showers. Had to poke holes through paint for the water to drain. Not to mention we moved into a completely dirty unit. Ridiculous for a “luxury” apartment. It’s about as luxurious as a college dorm.
Nicole is the best!! She was able to answer all of my questions and was very accommodating to my needs. She is awesome 10/10!
I don't know man, I really tried to like this place but I cannot recommend heritage cove to anyone. Domestic disputes, loud and messy neighbors, and just a generally unsavory crowd here. Office staff are very nice but have been so far completely unable to assist with issues regarding problematic neighbors. Frankly its insane that I'm paying 2250 a month to live in what has essentially devolved into a section 8 community. Stay far, far away - you WILL regret signing a lease here.
Why the hell i have a parking permit and wake on this morning for work and i have a booth this is bullshit every night when i get home a see cars for people who don’t like here but they targeting the residents car id never advise anyone to come here
