Brenda in the front office made life so easy moving in. I had a couple things that needed to be addressed and they were addressed right away and with tons of communication. Great community that truly cares.
**updated review** I initially left a very nasty review due to being frustrated with issues with my AC, however, it has since been resolved. I love this apartment. I love the location. I love the amenities. Me and my children feel safe here. Maintenance does respond in a timely manner to your requests. They do things throughout the month like donuts, ice cream, food trucks, etc. and I feel that it makes them unique compared to other apartment complexes. I went in to take a tour. I explained to the manager, Brenda Collado that I was just looking. I explained that my credit was poor, but I was interested in a 2/1. She told me that she didn’t have a unit like the one that I was looking for at that time. A day later, she emailed me strongly, urging me to apply for an apartment that had suddenly become available. **PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE SUMMER, WELL AT ANY TIME** I moved into this complex in June 2024 and have had no luck with the air conditioning here. While the assistant property manager, Brenda is a sweetheart, she and the property manager (don't know her name) not care about your comfort. I have had nothing but issues with my AC unit since I moved in. They continue to put bandaids on the issues instead of having an HVAC technician service the unit.
