Just a nice shout out to the office staff and especially to the maintenance team... always a fast response to maintenance issues and thank you for doing your best with the parking issues...
I’ve been living at Heritage Cove for a while now, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. While the community has potential, the curb appeal is seriously lacking. The trees desperately need trimming, yet despite having maintenance staff, it appears that they haven’t made any real effort to address this issue. You'd expect that with the rent we pay, they would hire professionals for such tasks.
