Many times I have delivered there and they employ thieves there saying they never received their food and call for refunds then harass you when u don't respond then try to say they will report me even though they've been reported first and they already sent a message saying they received their food. THIEVEs working the management office named Angel J.
Good company but they do NOT give the $500 FT bonuses and $250 PT bonuses that are stated on your application when putting your signature in for the job. I’ve learned sign on bonuses are ONLY for care givers even if it says you’ll receive a bonus as a cook or any other positive as well. They are also limiting employees to overtime work because of the new law that exhibits income tax on overtime pay. So they are cutting hours to keep people in the money situations theyre in to begin with. Thank you
The holiday family dinners are 5 star! During 2024 the Heritage West Allis assisted living and memory care facilities hosted sit-down family dinners for Thanksgiving and Christmas, then 2025 Valentine's Day with some live entertainment, as well. The food has been excellent, and the efforts the staff to provide top service and decorate for each occasion were outstanding! Many families joined their loved ones.
I have been working here for 5 years. We care a lot for our residents. We have a good team. Can we be better of course. We strive every day to do better and we will.
We have been very happy with the care my mom has been receiving at Heritage. They are very loving and caring to mom. They keep us informed on how she is doing and if there are any concerns. Thank you to the staff and administrators for all they do, it is greatly appreciated.
