Called to ask my sick grandma was greeted with a hostile receptionist with a dismissing and rude tone very unpleasant. Should be fired.
The independent side is full of roaches and bed bugs.
Friendly staff, clean facility. We visit all the time me and my 2yr old and she loves when they had the chicks
