Terrible experience. The company accidentally canceled our medical policy without letting us know in fact the only way that I found out was by trying to get my daughter into the dentist and being told that we had no insurance. My wife spent two hours tying to contact someone to find out what was going after she and I finally spoke with someone at Heritage they admitted that it was their error however we were told it would take 2 days to get our insurance policy back online and we were told to "get over it" and just pay out o... read more
