I have worked with HCHI/Rex since 2018 on several investment properties (complete remodels) over the years and it is hard to argue the quality of the work when the end result looks like it should be in a magazine. Rex is always polite, fair with pricing and communicates any challenges he comes across. I wish I could post all the transformations he has done over there years, but I'll settle for posting the most drastic to date. I have been working with HCHI since sometime in 2018 on investment properties. The work I have had them do has ranged from smaller jobs to complete gut/remodels. I have always been very pleased with their work and Rex does a great job of communicating throughout the job to completion. It was great to find a contractor who kept to the schedule he promised and did so without compromising quality and professionalism HCHI completed a fairly complex bathroom remodel that included demo and removal, electrical and plumbing, installation of toilet, double sink with vanity top and faucets, and two lighted mirrors. Our experience with Heritage Construction and Improvement (HCHI) was great. Rex, the owner made everything very easy and he is extremely professional. We had a major foundation issue at our home that affected both bathrooms. It was really nice to have a company who could not only fix the foundation issue, but also do all of the repair that was left over from having to demolish both bathrooms.
