Just starting with Randy he was very helpful with mitigation process which was done with a water damage company. He worked with them and my insurance adjuster before worked started. He is just starting reconstruction I will report back to you.

Don't bother with these guys, better off hiring anyone else. Gave them the information they needed, then they spent the next month and a half screening phone calls and ignoring voicemails. Not a clue what I did wrong. But I know they're not worth it. Ended up getting somebody else to do the job. Don't bother with these jokers.
Heritage was very prompt, courteous, professional and easy to work with on our lengthy project. Randy was easy to reach and responsive to questions and timelines. Would recommend them to anyone who has had fire, water damage they exceeded our expectations!!
