Just when you think this place can't get worse they get new owners that don't care about it at all. AC has been broken for 3 weeks now. And it's the 3rd time since May that it has been broken. They gave us a window ac unit and it only keeps the living room cool. The bedrooms are unbearable in the day time. The office staff is rude and think they own the property themselves and think they are above you. The entire office staff takes up every single parking space at the office. I’ve been living here for 5 yrs my carpet failed inspection twice last year so they were supposed to replace it then but instead they just gave me a notice Thursday sept 29th for me to have my furniture moved out for them to redo my floor this Monday oct 3rd. So they only gave me a 4 day notice, I have 2 small kids and they expect me to hurry up and move all of my stuff when it’s taken them well over a year to even do it. I tried calling Friday but they were closed when they were supposed to be open. I can’t stand this place... read more
They have ruined everything.they are making all the kids stay in the house. It’s not the kids fault it’s the parents who don’t know how to raise the kids and maybe if there was a set of rules than this stuff wouldn’t be happening.
Do Not Move Here!!! I've reported the termites that's eating my apartment....no response. The leak under my kitchen sink....no response. The leak in the wall when the upstairs toilet is flushed or water faucet being turned on....no response. No answering of the phone in the office. Just over this place!
