Nice Place to Live, Amenities Listed Not Accurate This is a beautiful complex nestled in a lovely area of Dixon CA. This is a LIHTC complex that accepts Choice Vouchers, too (at the time of this review). While the Community Center may have some of the amenities listed, individual apartments do not have washer and dryer hookups (there are several community laundry rooms), ceiling fans, trash compactors, dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, microwaves, warming drawers or walk-in closets. not the bestapartments Pullman point is a low income based apartment in a small gated community. Not walking distant to anything. There is a ten o'clock curfew meaning no loud nose at time. No parking for family and friends. Inside its small but comfortable.
