Nice Place to Live, Amenities Listed Not Accurate This is a beautiful complex nestled in a lovely area of Dixon CA. This is a LIHTC complex that accepts Choice Vouchers, too (at the time of this review). While the Community Center may have some of the amenities listed, individual apartments do not have washer and dryer hookups (there are several community laundry rooms), ceiling fans, trash compactors, dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, microwaves, warming drawers or walk-in closets.
