Brandon Taylor the general manager was very rude and disrespectful. Said he replaced my hood and then changes his story three minutes later after I question him about the replaced "metal"hood. The hood was fiberglass when I took it there shouldn't it be replaced with another fiberglass hood instead of a heavy metal hood. Over all had horrible experience dealing with Heritage Collision and Brandon Taylor won't take another vehicle there again.
Heritage Collision Repairs is a company that puts the SERVICE in customer service! They have an incredible team! They were attentive, helpful, and way more reasonably-priced than their competitors. They offered me a loaner car, free of charge, and went out of the way to work with my schedule. When the work was completed, my car was buffed and cleaned, inside and out. After I took my Jeep to Heritage Collision, it looks like new. They gave me a loaner car, which was very helpful, and completed the repairs in the time they said they would. It's the only place I'll take my vehicle for future body repairs in the future.
