I swear it was part of the backing up incident and should be covered but even if it wasn't why wasn't it suggested that it be replaced even for additional cost. 1 Star : Customer Service Communication was non-existent. I know you are quite aware of my case and it did get better but before it got better it was one thing after another. I do appreciate how things like detailing and a loaner were provided later which helped.... read more
