They plugged it in pretty sure they broke clip where you plugged the speaker in cause my speaker now goes in and out.. they are now trying to tell me that they might need to diagnose the issue which would cost $200 even though when they repaired recall, they screwed up my door 0.5 Star : Customer Service 0.5 Star : Returned Clean
