Wish i could give no stars. Took my 2007 wrangler in for transmission work.. was not impressed with any of the process. After 7 weeks $2300 and no fix on any part of it. I had to replace the entire system( computer and transmission) for $6400 more.. or tow my jeep back home from there shop. Had to call for updates several times. The service was quick and good
Mr. Bennet told me If I didn't take down my previous 1 star review they wouldn't fix my car. This is illegal. heritage has had my car for 3 months. Nothing is resolved. Point of contact is constantly changing: Chris, Taylor, Preston, Derrick, Mr Bennett, and Milt..All of them have absolutely no follow through, commitment or integrity. Nobody there one keeps their word, seems to care, or wants to help.
