I purchased a new/used vehicle from Kaleb. This was by far one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve bought many vehicles in Cache Valley and Preston. Kelly, in the service department, was a great face for the company. He gave me regular updates, handled all my questions well, and even walked me to my truck to make sure all was in order. He brought so much value to my experience.
They did an oil change and I was worried about the high mileage car I had, they looked at the whole vehicle to see if service was needed. The car seems to be a nice car and no major work needed. I was very relieved and they did not charge for the service. Great service department They have been helping me with my truck. They picked it up and later will drop it off. Kelly did a phenomenal job in helping me know what services would be best for my van and and working with me through the whole process. I requested video of the transmission fluid as it drained, Kelly and service technician made sure that happened. Knowing that my transmission fluid had degraded made it easier to pay what was needed to get it done.
