This was my first time buying a used vehicle from a dealer, and I was doing so from several hundred miles away. Robert sold me the outfit over the phone and communicated every step on the process with honesty and efficiency. Kevin was the financial manager over the sale and he too communicated like a professional and ensured we had no questions. Heritage Chevrolet is an auto dealer outfit I aim to use again in the future.

I paid Heritage Chevy over $800 for a full front and rear brake service. A week later, my brakes were squeaking horribly. When I brought it back, they refused to fix it, blamed me for "stepping on the brakes too hard," and told me it just had "a little bit of dirt."
