On a road trip my car started whining. I was concerned it was the transmission or a wheel bearing. Kylie at Heritage Vernal Chevrolet got me in the next day. Landon diagnosed the issue as a wheel bearing. In the process, he found the engine filter and cabin filter needed to be replaced. He also looked for any other issues that might come up on a trip. I'm safely back on the road! Thank you so much! 10 out of 5 stars.
I came in with my not so happy truck Dave the sales manager got me right in the tech guy from Missouri was knowledgeable and prompt Kylie was sweet and very kind and informative and Geneva was nice and talkative and if I was buying a truck it would definitely be from her!! Bottom line top notch service top notch people!!!!
I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle! The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was. I’m very happy with my new vehicle and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience
This service department and management are amazing. I am in the area on a hunting trip that took 21 years to draw the tag. My truck broke down and they put me at the front of the line and had me back on the road by noon the next day. Even gave me a loaner truck to use while mine was on the shop. Absolutely fantastic!!!
