Extremely Disappointing Experience I had been calling about a “courtesy delivery” vehicle for approximately a month. Unfortunately, the experience dealing with the person responsible for these deliveries, Charlie Spencer, was extremely frustrating. From the beginning, it was made very clear that courtesy deliveries were not a priority.
