First rate work! Brian and his crew built and installed reproduction windows to replace the originals in our 1903 home, replicating the elaborate diamond- and lozenge-shaped pane dividers (mullions). These are top quality thermal panes in new wood windows that perfectly preserve the heritage look. Workmanship was excellent, timing was on schedule and installation was swiftly done with minimal disruption. If you own an older home, Brian and his team can make modern comforts that look and work like the original craftsmanship.

I engaged Heritage Carpentry and Joinery to create bespoke storage units and shelving. Their attention to detail and finish was second to none. I live in a very old cottage, where there isn't a straight wall in the house and they managed to install a seamless finish that was sympathetic to the design of the rooms. I am complimented all the time on the quality of the craftsmanship. I would not hesitate to commission them again to have more work done.

I'm baffled and disappointed: why come to our house and take measurements and notes if you aren't going to provide us with a quote? Why tell me in person you can get some of our jobs done before Christmas only to have your office staff email me to tell me differently? Why ignore my emails when I follow-up to ask about your scheduling? Amazingly poor communication and service.. so glad we didn't give you any money.
