this practice feels that it is appropriate to notify clients that their long term care team is GONE with nothing other than a Friday afternoon portal message. No explanation, not even an apology. and they also dont even bother to cancel the appointments that you can no longer have! ANDDDD they still charge you for a session that you never got to have. AVOID IF IN NEED OF MEDICATION !!! I scheduled an appointment for medication management and was told I first needed to complete an intake and assessment. I spent an entire hour on the phone answering questions, only to be told afterward that a PCP would be assigned to me for a follow-up. After a week of hearing nothing, I called back to check on the status of my appointment. That’s when I was informed that the facility doesn’t even have a psychiatrist available. The therapist (HP) is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable which allows you to open up to express whatever you're feeling. I love it here.
