This was the worst place we've stayed in Cairns and the least value for money. The photos show how dirty and rundown it is. The furniture is disgusting. The bathroom is awful. The carpet was vile. Have the owners never heard of paint! $225 for the night - just awful. It's a pity because it's close to Munro Martin Parkland and CPAC. Would avoid at all costs. If we'd had time to look for somewhere else and hadn't paid we wouldn't have stayed there.

I had a decent stay but I won't recommend this place to other travellers. - It's a 5 mins walk to the esplanade but sits in a dingy alleyway and I felt slightly uncomfortable going out past 10 PM. I fortunately didn't have any unpleasant experiences but I was highly aware of my surroundings at all times. -The room works if you're out all day and just coming back to sleep. - The biggest issue is that the fridge was visibly dirty on the outside.
