Bought a 23 ct4v blackwing and had a noise from the get go but didnt hear it until it was in the garage with a very noticeable rattle noise took back to the sales man and they noticed and said they will get it fixed took my vehicle in although they gave me a loaner they had my vehicle for a whole week no updates as what was taking them so long no video inspection even paid then to perform a gdi service but when receiving my car back my seat was moved way back and the noise was still there felt nothing was done other than the... read more

The service department at Heritage Cadillac is amazing!
