I am disputing a $1,000 down payment for a 2018 Audi Q7 purchased on January 23, 2026 from Heritage Cadillac . Within days, the vehicle had serious mechanical issues, including being found with no oil, indicating the defect existed prior to sale. The vehicle is now inoperable and requires costly repairs. *Updated review March, 25, 2026 in response to Heritage below. Unfortunately, I have not seen anyone from Heritage Cadillac take ownership of this issue, including securing a loaner for me while my 2026 Escalade Platinum Luxury is decommissioned. To Derek, the General Sales Manager, I expect Heritage to take ownership and execute the process for when a customer is left stranded with his family on a major interstate as opposed to me holding the dealership accountable.
