This was my first and last time I will ever use Heritage Cadillac. I called in on June 17, 2026 to make an appointment for the following day. I needed my wheel repaired, tire replaced, and needed someone to check on my telecommunications/Onstar Module because I was having issues with connectivity. I was told by the person on the phone that they only do wheel work on Friday, so if I wanted to wait for the car, It would be better to bring the car then. I told her that was no problem. Everything for just great, from the saleman to the finance. Has a great time during the process .
Purchased the vehicle and after I got out the dealership area. I noticed it only had a quarter tank of fuel. I called the salesman and what do you know he NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. Then I sent a message of the amount of fuel and never got a answer . Think twice before you go there
This dealership was very accommodating and easy to work with. I was coming from a long way away and was able to work with my sales person and handle allot of stuff regarding my trade and documents prior to leaving the house to pick up my new car. They were professional and courteous and made the experience as smooth as possible. The worst service department I've ever worked with. Service Representative ((CJ) was awful and full of lies and no communication after coming back for the same problem 3 times. After stating the issue with the Service Manager, his excuse for the non-communication was they were short staff and really busy. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A REASON TO LOWER THE SERVICE OF THE CUSTOMERS.
